Batterers can Take Away the Freedom to Play: Movement is the Answer to Trauma, Grief & Loss

This training illuminates the importance of play, rhythm and movement to support children and adults as they learn to build skills in regulating their emotions, coping and resiliency. Participants will learn concepts such as guided imagery, movement, breathing, games grounded in healing and the practice of drumming patterns.
