PrePose Method: Series 1, Joints For Yoga

The PrePose Method (PPM) is a system that helps you to bring mindfulness to your movement by teaching you what to focus on, why it matters, and how to fix it. This event will focus on the shoulders and hips. The orientation is required in addition to the flow class if you haven't taken the Joints For Yoga, Series 1 workshop yet.
