The PrePose Method (PPM) is a system that helps you to bring mindfulness to your movement. It can be applied to any activity, & in this class, Carrie & Dr. Chloe will be applying the PPM to yoga. Series 1, Muscles for Yoga, will teach you specific muscle lengthening & activation exercises, & how to add them to your regular yoga practice.
