A.C.T.: Self Protection Workshop

This FREE trauma-informed workshop was designed specifically for women who have previously experienced some form of interpersonal violence. Developed and co-lead by trauma therapists from RESOLVE and Brazilian Jujitsu trainers from On the Right, the workshop is 7-hours total and is offered over 2 consecutive evenings; both nights are required.
