Women's self defense for incoming college students

Ages 15 & over. Learn safety tips and a bit about the Japanese Martial Art of Aikido! Based on redirection of force, Aikido uses the force of the attacker for effective resolution without aggression. Skilled presenters will emphasize awareness and response to typical situations that may present a threat with a focus on campus safety.
