Dave Rosgen, PhD. Presents: Living with Mountain Rivers in a Changing Climate
Nationally recognized river restoration hydrologist Dave Rosgen, Ph.D., will speak at Belleayre Mountain Monday, October 21 at 7 p.m. The subject of his talk will be “Living with Mountain Rivers in a Changing Climate”, and Dave will share his approach to river restoration and Natural Channel Design.
