Arlington County Civic Federation By-laws Workshop October 17

ACCF By-laws Committee Chair Sarah Shortall will present a workshop on effective by-laws for civic organizations at 7 pm Monday, October 17, 2016. Goal of the workshop is help organizations develop open, transparent and accountable by-laws that are easier to understand, promote effective management of meetings, and avert internal disputes.
