Mindfulness can improve investment performance by cultivating awareness, managing emotions, and refining focus. 

There are numerous resources available to study but reading about mindfulness is like trying to scratch an itchy foot through your shoe. To be impactful, mindfulness must be learned and practiced actively. This webinar will explore the science of stress, performance and mindfulness while introducing and experimenting with several strategies for bringing mindfulness to your life and your work. 

Our presenter is Marc Balcer, CFA.  Marc is the founder of YourMindfulCoach.com and the creator of Mindful Tools forStress Management, an experiential program designed exclusively for investment management professionals. 
Marc enjoyed a fifteen year career as an investor, most recently as a founder and portfolio manager at Bluefin Investment Management. As Your Mindful Coach, Marc offers mindfulness and meditation workshops, retreats and consultations with a special focus on youth sports, men, middle age and the workplace. Marc integrates his training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Management and Mindful Self-Compassion with his experience as an investor, educator and entrepreneur to support personal development and transformation.
