We are pleased to invite you to the first annual American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal (AIPLA QJ) Symposium! The theme of the Symposium this year is "The Life of a Claim Term." We are excited to feature such distinguished speakers, moderators and panelists, including Chief Judge Paul Michel, Judge Susan G. Braden, Administrative Law Judge Thomas Pender, Administrative Patent Judge Grace Obermann, and our keynote speaker, William Jay, who argued before the Supreme Court inTeva, among others.
