ARPEC is offering Journeymen classes to LU 725 members to comply with the Journeymen Continuing Education requirement for the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). 
  • Instructor: Jason Hebbert
  • Class description: This course will consist of the develpment of customer service, how to interact with different types of customers and will introduce you to the S.T.A.R.S program. Class includes videos and discussion. This course applies ONLY to the Journeymen Continuing Education requirement in the MCASF / Local Union 725 Collective Bargaining Agreement, section 4.03.
  • $50.00 deposit is required: It will be refunded to you ONLY if you attend the class you are register for in its entirety. If you don't show up, come in late or leave early we will keep the $50.00 deposit. For more information refer to our ARPEC Class Refund Policy. 
  • Continuing Education Units: 8 hours
