A free SCORE Small Business Workshop co-sponsored by Darien Library
E-mail marketing is one of the oldest and most established marketing platforms. Done well, it is the most cost-effective marketing tool (other than word-of-mouth) with a return on investment (ROI) of over 400%.
Yet email is one of the least understood aspects of marketing, and done badly it can be one of the most costly, resulting in the permanent loss of valuable small business leads.
Almost 200 billion emails are sent daily. Over 90%+ of consumers check their inbox daily. 80%+ of them prefer email for marketing communications over direct mail or phone.
Unlike social media, email is a channel that the small business owner exclusively owns and controls. The key is understanding how to use it correctly. This workshop will show small business owners how to get it right and maximize results in email marketing efforts.
