Early Childhood Strategic Planning Event 

A well-structured planning process translates hopes and dreams into productive action and concrete accomplishments. This upcoming strategy session will allow us to come to a common vision and create a future plan that can deal with the realities of today's complex and challenging political, social and financial environment. 

 Meeting the needs of young children and their families has never been important than it is today. As competition for scarce resources increases, and community need becomes more and more evident, those organizations who invest time and energy into crafting a shred understanding of their desired future and the means to get there will be those in the best position to thrive. At the upcoming session we will analyze our current situation (What's working? What’s not? What trends are impacting our current direction?), determine three - year priority outcomes, identify broad strategic themes to guide our future direction, determine our next steps. Please join us at this all important strategy retreat.
