In this 3- hour workshop Bill the Baker will share the secrets to making delicious chewy New York Style Bagels. We’ll work with cinnamon raisin bagel dough and plain bagel dough that can be made into either Sesame or Poppy Seed Bagels. While your bagels are in the oven, Bill will demonstrate how to create three different cream cheese spreads. This is a great class for children as well as adults!
