The Chamber Luncheon

The Buda Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its monthly luncheon on Wednesday, March 9th at the Onion Creek Senior Center, 420 Barton's Crossing in Buda.

Our guest speaker this month will be
Joe Martinez, Jr. - Homeland Security Agent.

         

Joe Martinez, Jr began his career as a Special Agent with the United States Customs Service/Department of Treasury on September 10, 2001. During his career Agent Martinez has worked in the General Smuggling Investigation Group, the Asset Identification Removal Group, and with the Financial Investigation Group. In March 2003, the United States Customs Service and the Immigration and Naturalization Service merged under the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Agent Martinez is currently assigned to the Work Site Enforcement Group Office of Investigations, San Antonio, Texas. Agent Martinez is currently detailed as the IMAGE coordinator. The IMAGE program is an outreach initiative to promote the benefits of E-Verify to businesses in the area of responsibility.
