A message from the Head Coach Nick Bach:

Hello!  My name is Nick Bach and I am the 2017 Head Coach of the Mountain View High School Varsity Football team.  This upcoming season will mark our 8th year as a Varsity AAAAAAA football program in Gwinnett County.   Each year we continue to grow, and this summer we have 160 committed young men who are working to bring a championship team to Mountain View in 2017.  Last season, we posted the best record in school history (8-2), made the state playoffs for the first time, and finished the regular season ranked in the top 10 (#9) in the state of GA for 7A football.

This year we are launching our “Locker Room Project”.  Unfortunately, most of the lockers in our fieldhouse are damaged and broken in some way, shape, or form.  We would like to reward our players with a more comfortable and inviting space to spend their time!  Our boys use the locker room to rest, do homework, socialize, you name it!  Hopefully through our efforts and your cooperation, we can provide the right type of space to these boys so they can enjoy their time with us and succeed on and off the field in 2017 and the years to come!  

The Mountain View Touchdown Club is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, so all donations are tax deductible.

How you can help the Bears Football Team:

Contiuing to pursue the high standards set by our previous Mountain View High Football teams requires commitment, hard work, and resources. We attemp to provide our players with the beat experience possible, from camps and 7 on 7's in the summer, through the State Playoffs. The majority of our program's funding continues to be generated from the players, thier parents, and the support and generosity of Mountain View Bear football supporters from all over. The suporting cast is absolutely crucial to the success of this program. We hope that this fundraiser will help grow the tradition on Mountain View Football and give our student-athletes the best possible experience while playing for the Bears.

As our athletes are working hard this season on the field, in the weight room and in the classroom, we respectfully requestyour support as we continue our effort to providea championship caliber program andfacilities for our young men. The contributions we recieve will allow us to cover the cost of replacement uniforms, upgrading equipment, especially helments which are several years old, as well as other general season expenses we will incur. Most important of all, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, disciplined youg men of character, interity and pride.
