March 21, 2017: Writing a Business Plan (Level 2)
A business plan with a current operating budget is required to achieve Level 2 on the QRIS. This is an effective tool for small family child care business owners because it will help you define the scope of your business, plan an effective public relations plan, and analyze your income and expenses. The result will be a professional business plan that assures a sustainable, successful small family child care business. Templates will be shared and individual components will be discussed.
