Know what’s in the prepared meats you eat by learning to make them yourself! Chef Christophe Jalbert In this hands on class Chef Christophe shares his love & knowledge of cooked and cured meats, known as charcuterie, as he teaches us to make delicious sausage from scratch using locally raised meats and herbs. We’ll also get to taste what we make! Owner of two popular restaurants in the Berkshires, The Preservation Society and Homemade Sausage  PS, and also a well known Newport Private Chef, he trained under 3 James Beard award recipients and is a voracious culinary reader. Be on the lookout for his latest venture opening soon in Newport, an artisan made charcuterie shop! 

We’ll taste wines to compliment the menu.
