Presented by the Delaware Chapter of the Energy Service Coalition (DE ESC)the conference is focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency project development in DE, with an audience of industry representatives, potential customers, elected officials, regulators, and leaders from labor and manufacturing.

We hope you are planning to join the DE ESC on October 21 for our second annual conference focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency project development in DE, with an audience of industry representatives, potential customers, elected officials, regulators, and leaders from labor and manufacturing. We are delighted to announce that Ali Zaidi, Associate Director for Natural Resources, Energy, and Science at the White House Office of Management and Budget, will deliver keynote remarks.

We recently learned that the Markell Administration is supporting a $75 million Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility Bond issue to finance Energy Saving Performance Contracts for state agencies and school districts in 2016.  And because of this exciting news, we are happy to announce that this year's conference will feature a panel dedicated to this topic.

The 2015 Delaware Energy Conference will be the first opportunity you will have to learn more about participating in the 2016 SEU Performance Contracting Program.  This panel will give attendees insight into what kinds of projects will be ideally suited, how to participate, and what lesson's learned from the 2011 program will  be used to improve the 2016 program.

See below to read the entire Green Light Letter authorizing Energy Performance Saving Contracts for 2016. Other panels will focus on microgrid applications and energy contracting, and speakers will include elected officials, industry leaders, potential clients, and others with a strategic influence on the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector. The full agenda will be announced soon!
