Beyond Diversity: An Introduction to Courageous Conversation & A Foundation for Deinstitutionalizing Racism and Eliminating Racial Achievement Disparities 

Beyond Diversity is a powerful, personally transforming two-day seminar designed to help faculty, students, staff, and administrators understand the impact of race on student learning and investigate the role that racism plays in institutionalizing academic achievement disparities. 

This is a two-day event; participants are asked to attend both days. Space is limited to 80 participants at this initial event. Lunch will be provided.
