Fleet Race Match 40's w/ Coaching

A full weekend of coached fleet racing! Put together a team of 5 or 6 and sign up to race the fun and fast Match 40s. This is a perfect mid-summer test for those who have been racing Wednesday Sailing presented by Dream Yacht Charters.   If you are new to Oakcliff or the Match 40s this is an excellent way to test your skills with a bit of coaching.

Think of it as a fast track to One -Design success.   The Dream Yacht Charter Regatta will feature short races (though slightly longer than Wednesday evenings). There will be many starts, spinnaker hoists, drops, and tactical moves. There will also be teams of Inshore Acorns for you to test your mettle against.

Liz Shaw Oakcliff Sailing's Training Director will lead the in-house coaching team for this event. The entry fee of $350 includes two days of racing on the Match 40s, on the water coaching with a BBQ Dinner and de-brief Saturday evening. The winning team will receive a discount on a winter charter!  Sunday will bring more racing followed by an awards ceremony with lots of camaraderie. Housing not included but available.
