Get Past the Plateau: How to Take Your Company’s Social Media Efforts to the Next Level

Many business owners know that social media is a low-cost and engaging way to reach new audiences, boost sales, and develop customer loyalty. But, what do you do when you’ve hit a plateau or aren’t seeing a growth in sales through social media? In this workshop, you’ll learn advanced skills for taking your social media marketing efforts to the next level.

Topics will include:

  • Creating a social media strategy

  • Understanding each network’s analytics

  • Knowing what metrics to monitor

  • Advanced tools for managing and monitoring social media

  • Developing and executing cross-channel campaigns

Attendees should have a strong understanding of basic social media concepts and methods. Consider this workshop as “Social Media 2.0”. You are expected to understand “Social Media 1.0”.

This workshop is co-sponsored by SCORE Boston and the Harvard Ed Portal and is presented by Caitlin Drown. Caitlin is the founder of Leg Up Marketing + Communications, a boutique agency that works with small businesses and nonprofits to develop, execute, and grow their marketing and public relations programs.
