This workshop will walk your through four financial reports: Budget, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. We will help you to understand why they are important and how to discover vital information that can help you run your business better and increase your profits.

Understanding your financial reports is essential for your short term and long term success. You don't need to be an expert but you do need to understand the basics and which key numbers to look at regularly.

This workshop is best for those already operating their business but still beneficial for those just getting started.

Presenter:  Gloria Spence has been a SCORE counselor since 2017. Before her retirement, she was the Director of Finance-Northeast Region - Hearst Television (WCVB TV). where she oversaw all financial aspects of 6 TV stations.
