How does owning a business change your taxes? What information should I give my tax accountant to get the best tax results and lower your fee.

tax_time.jpg If these are some questions you are asking yourself but don't know know where to start, you should attend this workshop. Some of the topics that will be discussed include forms of business entities; tax impact of owning a business; being an employer, collecting sales tax and paying use tax..... and more. Although we cannot give you specific tax advise, you will leave with a basic understanding of tax principles and what to ask your tax accountant.

Presenter:  Inna Kisseleva, has close to 20 years of experience in taxation. She specializes in taxation of all forms of business entities and their owners. Her experience includes public accounting and private sectors where she worked for U.S. multinational companies. Inna also works with foreign companies expanding their operations into the United States market. Her knowledge of U.S. Federal, State and global taxation becomes useful in determining potential tax risks for inbound and outbound companies and mitigation of those.
