Join Arc of Aurora members, staff, and Board of Directors on Sunday, November 12, for our annual membership meeting followed by a showing of Finding Dory (rated PG). Meeting details will be sent to all who are eligible to vote on the business matters of the organization (i.e. Contributing Members).
Anyone is welcome to attend both the meeting and movie. However, you must register by November 9. Click on the register button below.

When you arrive
1) Tell the Movie Tavern staff at the ticket window you are there for The Arc of Aurora meeting in theater 5. They will direct you to theater 5. Do not pay for anything at the ticket window or concession area.
2) Arrive at theater 5 and check in at The Arc of Aurora table.
3) If you're staying for the movie, pay $5.00 per person via cash (preferred), check, or debit/credit before entering theater 5 to cover the cost of the movie, popcorn and drink ONLY if you are staying for the movie.

When the meeting is over
1) We will have a small break following the meeting. That will allow members who aren't staying for the movie to leave.
2) Food may not be ordered until the Annual Meeting is over. Your $5.00 movie ticket includes one drink and popcorn, both with a refill. If you want to order food in addition to the drink and popcorn included with your ticket, you will be responsible for paying for that directly to the Movie Tavern.
