Pizza from Scratch with Chef Deja Hart

It's all about the dough when it comes to Pizza! Join Chef Deja in this hands on class and learn how to make authentic Italian pizza dough and pizza sauce from scratch!  We will have a bounty of fresh, local topping to choose from as each student creates their own unique pizza. We will explore the difference between grilled and oven baked pizzas and enjoy everything we make with a beer & wine tasting!
