South-Western City Schools Educational Foundation's
2019 Drive Forward Golf Outing

Please join the SWCSEF on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the exclusive Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, Ohio for the 2019 Drive Forward Golf Outing. All proceeds from the Golf Outing will benefit the students of the South-Western City School District. SWCSEF funds student scholarships for the district's outstanding scholars as well as grants for teacher innovation in the classroom.

Individual registration is $115.00

Team of four registration is $460.00

Using the link below, participants can register as a team of four or can register individually and will be assigned to a team. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on June 10th with teams teeing off at 9:00 a.m. The range will open at 8:00 a.m.  Lunch will be served to all participants. The golf outing will include door prizes, raffle opportunities, as well as hole contests. We can't wait to see you there!

Registration for the 2019 Drive Forward Golf Outing will close on Thursday, June 6, 2019.

Sponsorships are available and can be completed using the registration link below.  Your sponsorship is greatly appreciated as we work together to provide these important opportunities for our students and staff.  All sponsors will be recognized at the 2019 Drive Forward Golf Outing.

• Golf Ball Sponsor (donation in-kind of golf ball sleeves)- only one available

Recognition at the 2019 Drive Forward Golf Outing as the Golf Ball Sponsor; Golf Ball Sleeves with Logos to be provided by the sponsor for 120 golfers. Please call or email info@swcsef.org to register as the golf ball sponsor for the golf outing.
