- Federal, State & Local Laws Pertaining to Fair Housing - Fair Lending
- Reporting Requirements, Documentation & Secondary Market Guidelines
- Case Studies,Neighborhood Issues & Conscious/Unconscious Bias
- The 7-hour version of this course will satisfy the requirements for ALL real estate appraisers renewing their licenses on or after 1/1/2022.
- The 4-hour version of this course will satisfy the requirements for THOSE real estate appraisers renewing their licenses on or after 1/1/2022 who previously completed the RE-2 or GE-1 course for appraisers.
