  • Fair Housing - Fair Lending & the History of Lending
  • Federal, State & Local Laws Pertaining to Fair Housing - Fair Lending
  • Reporting Requirements, Documentation & Secondary Market Guidelines
  • Case Studies,Neighborhood Issues & Conscious/Unconscious Bias
*Note: There are 2 versions of this course:
  1. The 7-hour version of this course will satisfy the requirements for ALL real estate appraisers renewing their licenses on or after 1/1/2022.
  2. The 4-hour version of this course will satisfy the requirements for THOSE real estate appraisers renewing their licenses on or after 1/1/2022 who previously completed the RE-2 or GE-1 course for appraisers.
Beginning 1/1/2024, the requirement drops to the 4-hour version for ALL real estate appraisers.

This course meets the Fair Housing CE requirements effective 7/1/2021 for brokers and salespersons.
