In the latest of our series of events focused on enabling successful innovation focused clusters, we will examine what companies are looking for, in particular when setting up a first location on a new continent. With the help of professionals in life sciences and economic development from the North Carolina Research Triangle and our own London to Cambridge geography, we will look at what is needed above and beyond high quality real estate facilities.
The buildings are a given – but what do they need in them? What support do businesses need, and how will they evaluate the existing ecosystem, amenity, and connectivity? What do they look for in the surrounding area? How can the real estate, education, and public sectors work together to make their location a winner in the competition for innovation focused companies?
