Raptor Ridge Winemaker Dinner 

     Named for their location on a ridge in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, Raptor Ridge is a haven for the Willamette Valley's birds of prey. Founded just one year after Uptown Billiards in 1995 by winemaker Scott Shull and his wife Annie, Raptor Ridge specializes in hand-grown single vineyard Pinot Noirs while dabbling in other grapes from around Oregon.
