May 2021 Training of the Faciliator - Virtual Edition

Register for the May 2021 Training of the Facilitator - Virtual Edition. The workshop is geared towards new CASA staff, staff or trainers looking for a facilitation refresher, or anyone looking for an introduction to National CASA’s Flex/Blended Curriculum.

The TOF workshop is designed to help participants develop a better understanding of the curriculum design process associated with all of the National CASA volunteer pre-service training curriculum. We will use the Flex/Blended Pre-Service curriculum and participants will have access to Moodle Room, the online classroom which accompanies the curriculum.  Participants will have the opportunity to practice their facilitation skills and receive feedback from their peers and the facilitators while also developing skills that go beyond facilitation, such as how to use training as an assessment tool and how to effectively evaluate the success of volunteer training leading to preparedness of CASA volunteers.  All this done virtually with plenty of interaction, guidance, and encouragement!      

If interested in attending, register now.  The training will be held virtually via Zoom on May 10th – 14th from 10:00AM – 12:00PM and 2:00PM – 4:00PM. 

Class size is limited and participation in all sessions is strongly encouraged.  

We will send complete training details and pre-work to all registered participants prior to our May training.
