(2 Day)
There is an increasing need for teamwork and unity in the workplace and these courses will provide essential skills needed in the 21st century. You will learn how to develop your skills as a member of a high-performance work team. Environmental Quality, Water Treatment, Conservation, Watersheds and Today's Diverse Workforce are just a few subjects covered.
CEU's will be awarded to water and wastewater professionals accordingly:
Washington:
- Courses 1-3 1.5 CEU's
Lunch and workbooks will be provided each day of training
These courses are most effective when there is a good mixture of office and field personnel. We also require that there be representatives from at least 3 different organizations. This ensures that all of the participants interact with a diverse group and receive the most benefit from the classes.
Upon completion of the now TWO DAY, three course series, participants will receive a Customer Service Certificate from AWWA.
