Diversity and Inclusion

While many leaders and organizations have an understanding of diversity, few have an understanding of how to deal with the dynamics diversity creates. Shanda McKinney will facilitate a discussion to further explore the dynamics of diversity and inclusion. The group will consider how diversity is the “difference” among individuals that brings about a natural tension and how inclusion is how we deal with that tension that is vital to our success as individuals and our organizations.

Meet Our Speaker:

Shanda McKinney

Shanda McKinney has over 15 years experience in human resources serving both for profit and nonprofit organizations. She is an independent business owner of McKinney Consulting Services, LLC, and former vice president of Human Resources for Wright-Patt Credit Union.
