Driving Directions
Arrival Instructions:
Attendees should arrive at the 23rd Street Entrance no later than 8:30am for security screening and check-in. 

Transportation:
If arriving by Car/Bus: Cars/Buses should drop off at the 23rd Street Entrance (between C and D Streets, NW). Parking is not available on-site.

If using Metro: Attendees should arrive at the Foggy Bottom Metro Station via the Blue or Orange Line. Upon exiting the metro station, attendees should cross the street and turn right on to 23srd street.  Proceed to 23rd street entrance (between C and D Streets, NW) for building security screening and check in.

The Bureau of Public Affairs is excited to welcome students and faculty of Historically and Predominately Black Colleges and Universities to the U.S Department of State for the 9th Annual HBCU Foreign Policy Conference.

 

The 2018 HBCU Foreign Policy Conference agenda will feature senior State Department officials discussing key foreign policy issues, as well as presentations on career opportunities and student exchanges.
