Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration at any time. Prior to June 15th, should you decide to cancel, you would receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee. After June 15th, you may choose not to attend, but no refund will be issued.

Call if you would like an earlier arrival or later departure date along with any special room requests. Check in time is after 3:00 PM. Check out time is by 11:00 AM.

*Rates listed are based on single/double occupancy. An additional $20 +tax will be collected for each thrid and/or fourth person sharing a guest room, per night. Additionally, for your convenience, a $2.50 per day housekeeping gratuity will be added to each guest room. A fee of $1.50 per night will also be added to each guest room for the Meredith Village Conservation and Preservation Fund.
