The third in the CSI Lecture Series, this presentation will share how commercial office buildings are performing, further define the standards to which we measure performance based on actual data, and highlight areas where new emphasis is needed to further reduce operating performance. During the evening, we will share some thoughts on what concepts are emerging that require further performance monitoring and discuss where our industry is headed. AIA credit (1 LU/HSW) available.

Mitch is an Associate at Glumac, overseeing their Energy Department company-wide. His project experience includes the Indigo|
Twelve West, Vestas North American Headquarters, Matthew Knight Arena, and University of Oregon Lewis Integrated Science Building. Prior to joining Glumac, Mitch spent three years as an intern for the City of Portland Water Bureau while earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Portland.
