Have you ever wondered what it is like inside a GC’s office on Bid Day? Come and learn what it is all about with some hands-on experience. Multiple bids coming in at once, are they complete? Who is low? Try to review the flurry of faxes and get your bid in on time as you compete against your colleagues for the most accurate bid.

Ali LaManna, CSI-CDT, Project Manager, Emerick Construction
Ali LaManna has been with Emerick Construction for almost 6 years. Ali started with Emerick just after graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Architecture. She started as a Project Engineer, worked in the estimating department, and is now a Project Manager. Being able to see the projects from both a design and construction perspective has been a great asset to the project teams. Ali’s involvement with CSI has strengthened this passion, and she held the position of Director on Board from July 2013 to June 2015 and is the current Programs Chair and President-Elect for the Portland Chapter.
