The NWFLMC April General Membership Meeting welcomes Tara Beck, Senior Manager of Skilled Workforce Development for Trane Technologies as our guest speaker for the April general membership meeting.
Guest Speaker: Tara Beck
Tara Beck is currently the Senior Manager of Skilled Workforce Development for Trane Technologies. She develops skilled workforce solutions to help Trane Technologies close the skills gap in their manufacturing plants and provide high-skilled careers to members of their local community. Prior to this role, she worked in multiple fields including healthcare, supply chain operations, non-profit fundraising, college athletics and talent acquisition. This diverse background has given her the ability to understand the skills gap from different perspectives. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Michigan State University, a Master’s of Science from Northern Illinois University and is pursuing an MBA from University of Nebraska - Lincoln. She currently lives near Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, Jeff, and her dog, Guinness.
