Registration Deadline:  June 30, 2015

Tradeshow Hours:  Tuesday, September 22, 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Thursday, September 24, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Set-up / Tear-down: Trade show set-up is Tuesday, September 22 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Trade show tear-down is Thursday, September 24 from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Booth Pricing Includes:  One 10' x 10' booth space, one skirted table, two chairs, wi-fi (not guaranteed)

Extras:  Extra tables, chairs, wired internet and electrical drops may be added for an additional charge

Conference Attendance:  Exhibitors are not considered conference attendees.  If an exhibitor would like to attend conference events outside of the trade show (i.e workshops, meals, social events), conference registration is required.

Payment:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks are accepted.  Checks must be received within 30 days of submitting this form.

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing prior to August 1, 2015 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations after August 1, 2015 will forfeit all payments.
