March 15 2018 Basic Waterworks Training Longview -Lower Columbia Subsection PNWS-AWWA Event 

WATERWORKS! It is so IMPORTANT to have a good understanding of waterworks for operating a public utility system to reliably supply clean drinking water . This course is for everyone; new utility workers, engineers, and office staff who are looking for a better understanding of waterworks and as a  refresher for seasoned utility employees. 0.6 CEUs (WA) Lunch is included for a member cost of $55 and non-member cost of $80. 

We will also have some FUN! Competitions will be held for METER MADNESS, HYDRANT HYSTERIA, TOP OPS, and BEST DRINKING WATER.  If you are interested in competing, let us know and we'll provide you information to get started.

Registration starts at 7:30. Instructors will be Nicki Pozoz and Steve Schenk. Agenda topics are:
