So, You Want to Become a Consultant

Many experienced managers and professionals have an expertise that businesses often seek from consultants. That expertise can be the basis for a solid solo consulting practice, or the foundation for a consulting firm. But if you’re interested in consulting as a career, you need more than a field of expertise — you need clients.

We’ll also cover the nuts and bolts of a consulting business — proposals, websites, setting up an LLC, what type of insurance you need, and how to structure both project-specific partnerships with other consultants and structure small consulting firms.

There will be a consulting roundtable opportunity on 10/21/20.  Those registered for this event, will have the first opporunity to sign up for the roundtable.  The roundtable will be an open discussion with attendees and our presenter.
