Impact 100 Educational Event

Women in Philanthropy: Educated Giving
Tuesday, March 21st, 5:30 - 8-30pm
Mercantile Library

Please join us for an evening of philanthropic education at the Mercantile Library - a historic and literary center in downtown Cincinnati! We're excited to have Mike Moroski and Barbara Schaefer as keynote speakers to discuss sustainability as it relates to "the state of nonprofits in the Tristate."  Mike is the executive director of UpSpring - the only local nonprofit exclusively serving the educational needs of kids experiencing homelessness.  Barbara is the executive director at the Butler Foundation which provides emergency hardship relief to individuals and families in Northern Kentucky. Together they will share their expertise on both the funding and service provider sides of the third sector financing model.

Dinner will be catered by LaSoupe, the newly-formed nonprofit which rescues otherwise wasted produce and provides highly-nutritious meals for customers, other nonprofits, and food-insecure families. They will be creating a "soup and bread bar" which promises to be delicious! Dessert provided by Cinja Heis owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes.

The cost for this event is $10/members and guests.
