Where do you want your business to go?
The key to successful long-term business growth is establishing defined short-, mid- and long-term goals. Setting up these objectives requires business owners to stop and think about where they want the business to go and how the business will need to evolve to meet future realities of the business climate and the owner’s lives.
SCORE Mentor Meg Goloub explains this process, why it is important, and how to set up objectives to achieve business growth and success.
Workshop Agenda:
Refreshments will be served. This event is co-hosted by CEDA and Auburn SCORE.
As an active small business owner, I have hands-on experience with all aspects of running a small business. I have previous career experience that focused on start-up, infrastructure, administration, inventory and vendor management, and manufacturing. I enjoy being an entrepreneur and like the on-your-toes problem solving required to manage the start-up and realization of a new business venture. As a mentor, I can provide guidance on how to create structure and organize thoughts into manageable segments. I can help with identifying a good supply chain practice, as well as basic structure for the day to day administration of small business. I also take particular interest in supporting my fellow women in their business ventures.
I am detail oriented and task driven, but I also like to think outside the box and find inventive ways to solve problems. I use these skills through-out my life, in both business and personal. I live in a beautiful place where there are many interesting initiatives to participate in, both creatively and within the community and I participate in that as much as I can.
