Vanguard Investment Strategy Group
Brian J. Scott, CFA, is a senior investment analyst in Vanguard Investment Strategy Group. He is a member of the group responsible for capital markets research, the asset allocations used in Vanguard’s fund-of-fund solutions, such as Target Retirement Funds, as well as maintaining and enhancing the investment methodology used for advice-based relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients. Previously, Mr. Scott served as a senior investment analyst in Vanguard Portfolio Review Department, where he was responsible for engaging with the institutional and advisory clients of Vanguard funds and contributed to the oversight of the managers of the funds. Mr. Scott has more than 16 years of experience in the investment management industry and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification. Mr. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University.

Kurt Reiman, Director, is a Global Investment Strategist for BlackRock where his responsibilities include relating the Investment Strategy Team's research and investment views to key institutional and financial advisor clients and offering perspective on all asset classes - including equities, fixed income, alternatives and multi-sector approaches to investing.
Mr. Reiman joined the firm in 2013 with over 15 years of experience in investment research and strategy. Prior to joining BlackRock, he was the Head of Thematic Research at UBS Wealth Management in Zurich and New York. Mr. Reiman also held analyst positions at Reuters and the G7 Group.
Mr. Reiman earned a BS degree in business and economics from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and his MS degree in international relations with a concentration in international economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
Andrew McCreath, CFA

Andrew McCreath has over 20 years in the investment business with seven as a sell-side analyst and 14 as a portfolio manager. This means he can provide valuable insight and perspective into the business world to BNN viewers, as he does on WEEKLY WITH ANDREW MCCREATH.
Mr. McCreath helped start, build and sell two investment management businesses. First, in December of 1997 he was a founding shareholder of Synergy Mutual Funds and in 2004 he was the founding shareholder of Waterfall Investments, selling it to Sentry Investment in 2008. At Sentry, McCreath managed the Diversified Total Return mutual fund, winner of 2010 Lipper Award (Canadian focused equity category), and the Sentry Market Neutral Hedge Fund, winner of the 2010 Morningstar Canadian Investment Award for Best Relative Value Hedge Fund. During the Fall of 2012, McCreath launched another asset management (or investment management) company, Forge First Asset Management. McCreath has a BBA in Finance, an MBA in Economics from York University and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mr. Gage is the Head of the Management Committee of JEA Pension System Solutions, Chairman of the University of Victoria Properties Investments Inc. and Chair of the Investment Committee for PSP Investments. He has also served as Chairman of Sky Investment Counsel. Tony is the former Chair of the Board of Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management (PH&N) one of Canada's largest investment management firms. His experience at PH&N spanned over 20 years including being President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an accredited Chartered Director (McMaster University).
