Catherine Kraemer-Dale was born and raised in Maryland.  During her career, she has served as a loan processor, closer, underwriter, and broker.  She found her niche in outreach and sales and has worked for the State of Maryland since 2008.  For the past year, in her role as Business Development Representative for Single Family Housing, she has offered program training and education statewide to lenders, realtors, counseling agencies, and other Maryland Mortgage Program partners.  In her free time, Catherine assists PROs 4 Charity with philanthropic events and fundraisers.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Maryland.
