Presenters: Diana Brooks & Attorney Susan Fentin
  Diana BrooksDiana Brooks has over twenty years of experience in coaching, consulting and training with organizations in the Northeast United States. Working with a range of clients from small nonprofits to large corporations, Diana provides leadership and communication skills development. Her clients include the American Red Cross, Family Life Support Center, Girls Incorporated, the Norman Rockwell Museum and Crane Papers.

Diana’s highly interactive style and obvious enjoyment of the teaching-learning dynamic are often noted by her workshop participants. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master’s from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and has completed doctoral studies at the University of Maryland. She is a certified Development Dimensions International trainer who has served on the boards of the Berkshire Leadership Program, the Leadership Forum at Silver Bay, Williamstown Savings Bank and Berkshire Community College. 

Susan FentinSusan Fentin is a partner in the firm of Skoler, Abbott & Presser, PC, a boutique labor and employment law firm that represents exclusively management.  She joined Skoler, Abbott in December 1999, after practicing labor and employment law with the Hartford, Connecticut, firm of Shipman & Goodwin, LLP. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 1996, from Western New England College School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Western New England College Law Review. 

After graduation, she served as law clerk to the Honorable John M. Greaney, Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.  Before attending law school, Ms. Fentin had a long career in advertising and marketing and was president and creative director of Fentin Advertising in Springfield.  She is an alumna of Wellesley College and is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as federal court in Vermont.  Her practice is concentrated in employment-related litigation, labor law, and employment counseling
 

*Participants must attend ALL 5 of the workshops to receive a certificate--any absences must be made up. Unexcused absences will pay the full rate for makeup classes. Excused absences will pay 50% of the fee. Only a few spots available in each session for makeups, so register early.
