Making Reasonable Accommodations for Employees with a disABILITY

HSF is thrilled to be working with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) to present a training and panel discussion for Organization Leaders, HR and recruiters. This program will share a variety of resources available to help agencies provide accommodations, connect with potential applicants, understand ADA updates, focus on the benefits of hiring those with disABILITIES, and explore real examples of successful job placement. There will be time to ask questions! Set ability inclusivity in motion at your agency.

About Our Presenter: James “Jaime” Brunault has been with the MRC since 2010. He worked as a Qualified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor until March of 2018 when he transitioned to the position of Job Placement Specialist. In 2010, he received his M.Ed. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling & Special Studies. Prior to MRC, he was the Residential Program Coordinator at The Western Mass Training Consortium (WMTC) and worked as the Director of Community Supports and as a Rehabilitation Services Trainer for Goodwill Industries. He started at the WMTC as an awake overnight staff and moved up to House Manager, then Program Coordinator. Jaime is also an associate of the Social Role Valorization Implementation Project (SRVIP), and is an accredited trainer. He has presented in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and Maine as a trainer teaching SRV workshops and team leading PASSING.
