Introduction to Innovation and Collaboration

This interactive and motivating session will guide you through an exercise to identify your organization's hidden superpowers. Organizations come in with a problem they need solved. Paul and Kelly, will help your group discover ideas that are mission-aligned and have the potential to create new revenue streams to help your organization address the rapid, ever-changing challenges of this time.

Using our MAD Ideation Canvas we will take you through an example of how to understand the full capability of your organization’s Mission, Assets and Demand - MAD. Once identified, members of your team will use that information to inform potential ideas for your organization. Those ideas will be assessed by a group of pre-set criteria and some that you identify as important to you and your organization. Teams leave with a rank-ordered list of viable potential solutions.
