We hope this exciting and fast-paced forum will inspire you to harness the power of health data to foster change in your community. Local researchers, agencies and organizations will share the latest innovations to improve population health in our communities. The forum is open to media.
Health data enthusiasts, nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, entrepreneurs, hospitals, health departments, community planners
and researchers are encouraged to attend.
Seating is limited and registration is required to participate.
PRESENTERS
Keynote:
Dr. Homer Venters is a physician, epidemiologist and the former Chief Medical Officer of the NYC Correctional Health Services. Dr. Venters is the author of Life and Death in Rikers Island which The New Yorker has acclaimed as “A critically important book.” Dr. Venters is the Senior Health and Justice Fellow for Community Oriented Correctional Health Services (COCHS) where he directs several initiatives, including MAT implementation, injury and death documentation and traumatic brain injury reduction.

Costs associated with the Data Forum are underwritten by Interact for Health and the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky. There is no charge to attend. Participants who register and do not attend will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
