Peninsula Prostate Institute Cooking Classes 

We are excited to offer our Winter session of nutrition/cooking classes taught by
Quinn Nutrition Counseling starting January 29th. We are very excited to welcome back the founder of Quinn Nutrition Counseling, Cheryl Quinn, who will be teaching this series.

The class consists of six sessions held here at our facility every other week. The food is prepared and sampled every session and will include a field trip to Central Market for tips on healthier shopping habits.

The classes are currently only offered to patients diagnosed with prostate cancer. Patients are encouraged to bring their spouse or a guest.
