Mr. Tri Nguyen works with executives and management of client companies to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to reach key objectives and goals. Mr. Nguyen has served and continues to serve as interim general  counsel to a diverse group of companies. Aside from his interim general counsel work, he works with clients on transactional matters ranging from  negotiating a single agreement to coordinating a team of attorneys to negotiate and finalize financing transactions and corporate restructurings.
